Herbal medicine can be utilized short- or long-term. Acute, episodic conditions can benefit from even just a few days of herbal treatment. Other conditions need a few months to begin to respond. 
 

The initial consultation lasts approximately one hour. During this visit we will discuss your intake form, health history, current health issues, concerns and questions. The Goal is to clarify and  identify some of  your underlying causes of disharmony in body, mind or emotions and then choose the best herbal formula for you. ​

60 minute consultations ($100) are useful for 

  • an initial, in-depth consultation

  • full case history and symptom review

  • a deep-dive into multiple test results

30 minute consultations ($60) are perfect for

  • a follow-up consultation

  • asking a few questions about your program

  • to get deeper insight into your health and progress
